Info: The LP FROM MEMPHIS TO VEGAS / FROM VEGAS TO MEMPHIS proved to be something new twice. It was Elvis' first double album and for the first time Elvis could be heard live. Also, two of four bonus photos were included with the LP. 300,000 copies sold earned Elvis a gold record in December 1969. Although FROM MEMPHIS TO VEGAS / FROM VEGAS TO MEMPHIS was separated as two separate albums in 1970, the LP was still re-released as a double LP. |
